You will be working in a team to deploy technology-based solutions aligned to Singapore General Hospital’s strategic Human Resource goals and objectives. You will support the operations of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) through system and access administration, efficient functioning and enhancements, user training and IT literacy amongst the staff population. You will also support in the regular upkeep of the HR online portals to ensure up to date content and enhance HR processes and operational efficiencies through innovation and automation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder preferably in computer science
- Self motivated and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage
