Job Description:
- Assist in event operation preparation.
- Provide support in end process closure including respond to sales enquiries via email and WhatsApp promptly.
- Require meeting customer outbound as and when required.
- Prepare quotation and invoices.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on delivery arrangement.
- Act as a liaison for event needs with vendors.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Have prior experience in doing event/sales coordinator jobs
- Able to adapt fast pace environment
- Able to work overtime on weekend if required, will be paying OT pay or time off
- Entitle commission scheme
