- Handle all enquires and clients complains / feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
- Prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents of the work activities nearby.
- Coordinate with clients or other government bodies during the project.
- Implementation of public relation programme.
- Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects.
- Plan and launch public relation programs for Home Improvement Program (HIP) such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
- Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors as well as relevant authorities.
- Carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works.
- Provide administrative support cum document control.
- Maintain proper documents and filing according to Client’s requirement.
- Any other duties assigned.
