Duration: 2 Year Contract (renewable)
Salary: Up to $5000
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide HR Service Delivery design, advisory and support to the company in Asia Pacific with an emphasis on Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea.
- Delivery of HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfer, assignments, employment pass, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard and quality, within service level agreements (SLAs)
- Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders
- Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to the Team Lead with an alternative / solution
- Initiate and support process improvement / enhancement projects
- Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operations
- Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements
- Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis
- Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Lead & team members
- Dare to step out of your comfort zone by going beyond your role and responsibilities and find effective workarounds and solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR / relevant experience
- Strong passion for HR Operations, someone who enjoys ideating solutions and seek challenges yet be detail oriented, and manage confidentiality
- Understands HR policies and current best practice within APAC region, able to present information in a manner that is understandable to stakeholders and answers questions raised
- Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and be proactive
- Able to communicate and bring up issues efficiently with clarity, has a customer service mindset and portray strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable team player, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in speaking and writing in both English and Mandarin as have to liaise with China counterparts
- Experience in payroll / benefits would be an advantage
- Bachelor degree in related discipline preferred
