Our client is a reputable MNC with global operation. To facilitate their business growth, they are looking for a high calibre Finance Director to join their Singapore office.
Reporting to the Regional CFO directly, you will be lead the financial management of the Singapore business. You will be managing a team across finance, commercial and technology team. You will be acting as a strategic partner to the business by providing insightful financial and commercial analysis and provide strategic and commercial insight and implement information systems to support business success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA or CPA preferred.
- Previous experience in financial leadership roles within complex and matrix businesses.
- Proven experience in financial management, with at least 10-15 years strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in competitive environments and navigate challenges posed by market dynamics and operational pressures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business performance.
- Exposure to services or consumer-facing businesses will be advantageous
