Job Description:
• Lead the design of new high-power GaAs VCSEL Chips for diverse applications, prioritizing product development in alignment with customers' product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to translate customer requirements into VCSEL chip design inputs, ensuring that design outputs meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Effectively manage product risk and life cycle to enhance design-to-market cycle time, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions.
Job Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in VCSEL chip design.
• Minimum of a Master's degree in optoelectronics or a relevant field.
• Profound understanding of III-V semiconductor optoelectronics device physics.
• Extensive experience in III-V optoelectronic device wafer fabrication.
• Demonstrated expertise in optoelectronic device modeling, encompassing electrical, optical, thermal, and other relevant aspects.
