The Responsibilities:
- Proficient in managing server platforms including Windows Server, Linux, and VMware
- Experienced in administering Windows Active Directory, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Veeam Backup, Cisco L2 Switches, and Palo Alto Firewall
- Act as a technical specialist, planning and delivering technical solutions while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular reports and documentation related to technical operations
- Communicate task status and progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Possess a clear understanding of ITIL Change, Problem, and Incident management frameworks
- essential technical skills needed for the role, emphasizing security knowledge, hands-on experience with key platforms, and fundamental networking skills
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
