Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement HR projects.
- Have an opportunity to lead a consulting team
- Communicate with clients and the project team to understand project requirements and project scope.
- Participate in projects like Job Redesign, Recruitment, Com & Ben, Performance Management, and Training.
- Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
- Monitor project status to meet completion timelines.

- Able to communicate with English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients
- Knowledge of HR principles and policies.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.

Salary Package
Basic salary + monthly incentive/commission + profit sharing
