Role & Responsibility
- Work with Sales to develop Signage & LED (technical business development)
- Provide technical support/Installation support and resolve field issues with Signage and LED
- Develop and Provide Turnkey business solution proposal by identifying requirements and work scope, designing display structure, AV system,
- and other relevant solutions, arranging DEMO or PoC, providing technical writings of system drawings, and product training
- Engage with all stakeholders like clients, designers, architects, installers, and etc. to answer technical inquiries and to resolve technical issues
- Develop Regional SIs and Partners who can provide design, structure, installation, and maintenance/services
- Project Management from product check-up to installation, trial run, inspection (quality control), hand-over, risk management, and report
- Provide Signage and LED product training session to sales people and eco-partners
- Panning training and tech seminar
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LED Signage or related industries
- Deep relationships in LED, Digital Signage and Pro AV Eco partners
- Skilled in written and oral communication, using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct supervision and other departments
- Ability to provide technical consulting (Solution consulting, design consulting , electric work-related consulting)
- No issues for other countries travel
