Responsibilities:
1) Able to Perform Leaderships and Training to AE team
2) Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
3) Able to communicate with Staffs and leading with guidance to avoid misunderstanding throughout tender process
4) Responsible to All Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting
5) Works pro-actively, well-co-ordinated in the Report and able to meet Superior's expectation

7) Relationships that based on mutual trust and respect
8) Willingness to listen, learnt and adopt
9) Focusing at continuous improvement
10) Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview
11) Performed due diligence works scope and responsibility
12) Basic QS job scope still applied if Internal staff resources are tight
13) Above 5 years with Experience in A & A works tender preferred
