ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to Construction Manager. Comprehensive understanding of the drawings, specifications, phasing plans, construction sequencing, and project schedule. Supervising and leading workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works. Assisted in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily person-hours returns, and coordination of all aspects of site issues. Record the daily workforce and productivity, monitor job progress, ensure quality work at the targeted schedule, monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, and assist the construction manager in planning to prevent and resolve problems.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineer
At least five years of relevant experience in building projects/construction industry experience in high-rise buildings in confined city areas is preferred.
