Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to procure raw materials, components, and services.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with vendors, engaging in negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Work closely with production planners to anticipate material needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Generate precise and timely purchase orders, aligning with production schedules and lead times.
- Monitor and track order statuses, promptly addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to verify that purchased materials adhere to specified standards.
- Resolve quality issues with suppliers in a timely manner.
- Maintain meticulous records of purchases, contracts, and negotiation details.
