Duration: Contract until end of year Dec 2024 -
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various teams within treasury department to gather global business requirement
- Manage and lead internal workshops with SMEs for product knowledge and operational workflows
- Propose/harmonise and streamline workflow and system framework for treasury
- Document and maintain the procedure manuals and proves maps.
- Participate in functional specifications and UI design
- Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure project stay within scope and timeline
- Produce regular status report and metric to measure project’s progress
- Design data migration template and exit criteria to facilitate treasury signoff
Requirements:
- Able to work under pressure, independently and within team
- Analytical and exercise critical thinking
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of treasury products, management system, Temenos T24, Front Arena is advantageous
- Knowledge of process maps tools e.g. ARIS, VISIO is advantageous
