Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
- Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
- Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
- Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
- Manage and maintain employees within the Group’s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and other employee relations matters
- Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
- Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
- Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group’s employee appraisal
- Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company’s documents including but not limited to Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
- Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in HR Generalist role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (speaking and writing), to liaise effectively with local and overseas stakeholders
- Meticulous with good communication and presentation skills
