Our Client:
Our client was incorporated in Singapore for more than 20 years supporting wide range of Information Technology (IT) services to Japanese Customers. They are actively seeking for a Software Developer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and Plan Integration Roadmap: Create a comprehensive roadmap for the integration and technology development of Core Banking, Back Office, and Business Process Management applications
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the IT department in Japan, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Test Managers to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination
- Ensure Efficient Testing Cycles: Oversee the system integration test cycles, including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Propose improvements and optimizations as necessary to streamline processes and enhance quality
- Design and Test Systems: Partner with Technology Infrastructure and Technology Application teams to design and test systems effectively. Focus on minimizing operational risks and ensuring that data structure and control measures are appropriate and robust
- Provide Technical Support and Expert Advice: Offer technical guidance and support throughout all stages of projects, Change Requests, and maintenance activities. This includes assisting with problem-solving, offering expertise on technical matters, and ensuring adherence to best practices
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in system integration, technology development, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Core Banking, Back Office, and Business Process Management applications
- Proficiency in system testing methodologies and governance frameworks
