Business Nature: Manufacturer of precast concrete products and prefabricated bathroom units @ Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)
Salary Range: RM 2500 - RM4500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
- Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
- Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
- To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
- Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time.
Requirements:
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCad.
- Analytical and objective driven personality.
- Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
- Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and costing would be an added advantage.
- Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent with relevant working experience (prefer main contractor, high-rise/building work, not housing project).
