Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Coordinate and conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
