- Be part of the vendor management team to guide vendors for registration in the ERP system, review vendor registration submission, conduct due diligence check to vendors and follow up with vendors to complete the registration process.
- Coordinate with the company's internal users, IT Service Desk, and external vendors to fix vendor registration related incidents in time.
- Generate periodical report for vendor registration from the ERP system.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
- Work experience in using ERP/ SAP, Procurement, or Vendor Management system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
- Good to have prior work experience in Real Estate industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-directed with a 'can do' attitude.
