We’re seeking technology and domain leaders in our client communication application domain (i.e., WhatsApp, WeChat, etc) to join our development team within WMPC (Wealth Management Personal Corporate).
We are looking someone who can:
- implement and deliver high quality software solutions/ components that conform to architectural standards
- manage and 'own' significant development tasks end-to-end
- demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs
- a team player and highly collaborative. You can work closely with other developers, requirement analysts, and testers.
- someone with a flair for technology and is adept at leveraging the latest tools and technologies to increase team productivity and collaboration across dispersed teams
- strong in writing detailed technical documentation (especially on setting up of dev / test environment for the team)
- able to engage with people across all levels and has excellent people management skills.
- someone with a general ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under strict time and quality constraints.
Your team
You will be part of the Touchpoint development team working with local & global developers, and business across APAC and Switzerland.
Your expertise
- 10 years of experience in enterprise application and system design with OOA/OOD, UML Modeling
- minimum 2 years of solid hands-on experience in implementing WhatsApp, WeChat & iMessage solution with native adapters / API for enterprise
- possess strong programming experience in Java 8 and above version, Application Server/Tomcat in Linux, Windows platforms, Spring Boot, Spring MVC frameworks, Hibernate, Junit, Maven, git, and Gitlab pipeline
- strong experience in UI frameworks, e.g. React and Angular
- sound knowledge of Spring security framework’s authentication and authorization and resolving application security issues identified.
- working experience in designing and developing microservices, Ansible playbook for deployment, multi-threaded design, batch systems, and database design.
- good to have skills: knowledge of Liquibase, PostgreSQL DB, MQ, Apigee, Azure cloud, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ACI), Bash script.
