Salary: $6000-$8000 (Commensurate with experience)
Location: Islandwide
Working Days: 6 Days Work Week
Job Scopes:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in restaurant
- Ensure all orders and services are prepared for and carried out
- Handle customers feedbacks professionally and resolve any disputes
- Coordinate between chefs/management and customers for any food delays, complaints etc
- Manage restaurant inventory
- Handle and schedule regular maintenance and upkeep of restaurant.
- Handle restaurant petty cash, reimbursements
- Cover duties of any area requiring support
- Schedule staff rosters
- Manage and train new staffs
- Perform any other task assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Senior/Restaurant Manager
- Good interpersonal skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Able to cope in fast paced environment
- Multitasking skills
