Job Description
- Develop a schedule program for commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule
- Coordinate monitor and control Architectural subcontractor’s progress and quality of work.
- Ability to understand speci cations, drawings, scope as well as sequence of work.
- Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work
- Delegating work to general workers and ensure it is in compliance with company and authority standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture
- Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies
- Experience with a main construction rm
- Highly preferred to have experience in residential housing
