- Oversees the finance, accounting and tax aspect of the company
- Leading a team of 10 for the day-to-day operations
- Accountable for AR collection
- Be responsible for monthly consolidation accounts
- - Liaise with auditors and tax agents and bankers
- Quarterly reporting to SGX- Assist in drafting and preparation of quarterly SGX announcements
- Budgeting & Cash flow projection
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by CFO
Requirement
- Preferably CA/CPA Holder
- Preferably with audit experience
