Senior R&D Engineer (VHDL / Electronics Engineering / Up to $6000)

- Singapore Based (Canberra MRT / Have company transport)
- 5 Days work per week (8am/8.30am - 5.30pm/6pm)
- $4000 to $6000
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field + Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong expertise in circuit design, analogy and digital electronics, power electronics, and electrical wiring.
- Proficiency in using relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., PADS, ePLAN, Hyperlynx, ActiveHDL, SPICE).

Lead the design, analysis, and development of less complex systems, components, or products.
Utilize your knowledge to drive innovative solutions that meet cost, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, Project Management, Service, NPI and operations, to align engineering efforts with broader company objectives.
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and execute EE test plan and to validate designs and ensure product performance.
Analyse test results, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on designs to achieve desired performance metrics.
Review requirements specification and create / review necessary customer documentations.
Ensure proper documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
Ensure all electrical / electronic activities, designs, and projects adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
Aware of necessary safety protocols and practices within the electrical team.
Provide necessary training on the guidelines to junior members and enforce members to follow the guidelines strictly.
