1.支援日常發票處理（檢查和處理發票）

2. 產生PDF發票和帳目報表，重新命名PDF文件。

3. 協助準備/打字LC文件。

4、協助文件歸檔。

5.協助做好月末結帳活動。

6. 執行不時和必要時分配的任何其他職責。
