Job Responsibilities:
Introduce, advertise, and sell products to both current and potential customers
Address customer inquiries and manage the processing of customer orders.
Meet set targets for sales and collections.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering excellent post-sales service and addressing and resolving customer concerns.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and potential leads.
Conduct surveys and analyze competitors in the market.
Coordinate and oversee Trade Shows and Events.
Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and activities to boost sales.
Fulfill any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Job Requirements:
Hold a Marketing/Business Studies certificate or similar qualification.
Demonstrate independence and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Display a willingness to collaborate within a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a focus on achieving results as part of a team.
Proficiency in Mandarin for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Have personal transportation and be open to travel as required.
