Job Description:
- Through regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Resolve faults promptly to ensure smooth operation of factory equipment and machinery.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, working with production teams to minimize disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Stay informed about industry trends and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinates with external service providers and trains junior staff to improve maintenance capabilities
