ADMINISTIVE ROLE
- Manage day to day verification and input of information into DO software.
- Manage day to day photo in Whatsapp to ensure job is done and recorded in DO software.
- Arrange and coordinate with ground staff to ensure smooth operations
- Escalate and work with support team for complicated issues, and ensure issues are resolved and followed up via Whatsapp
ACCOUNT ROLE
- Sorting of delivery order, prepare invoices and credit/debit notes to customers with proper filing
- Check and send tax invoice with service order/ DO as per customers requirement via mail/email.
- Send monthly SOA to customer via mail/email
- Attend to customer enquiry and request on as and when require
- Follow up on AR collection
- AR reconciliation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Undertake other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Knowledge and skill requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level and above
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) at a basic level
- Team player with good communication and positive thinking
- Able to communicate effectively in high stress environments
