- Position: Accounts Assistant (AR/Must have healthcare industry experience) - Up to $3200 + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AR data
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clinic's/hospital’s billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals
- Generate statements of accounts detailing accounts receivable status
- Responsible for obtaining timely payments from clinics’/hospitals within agreed payment terms and reducing AR outstanding
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Must have minimum 1 year of related experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Candidates with Audit experience will have an added advantage
