Job Description & Requirements
The reponsibilities of the Dental Assistant include but are not limited to:
Front desk (Receptionist)
- Greeting patients, patient registration, making appointments
- Handling patients' enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Billing
Dental Assisting
- Assisting dentist in a variety of dental procedures
- Sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments
- Maintaining cleanliness of clinic facilities
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least "N"/ "O" Levels qualification.
- Required language(s): English. Proficiency in a second language is a bonus to communicate with patients who are non-English speaking.
- Office hours 8.30-6.30pm 5 days a week including a Saturday.
- Basic computer and accounting skills for front desk duties.
- Good communication skills.
- A team player who is willing to learn.
- Candidates with relevant experience preferred.
