Job Description:
- Compile documents for staff and suppliers, ensuring completeness and accuracy for submission to customers.
- Assist HR in compiling documents for staff and suppliers required for customer submissions.
- Track clearance status with customers to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all Traceability Matrix clauses have at least one design and test case.
- Compile test documents based on test case submissions from various teams.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and engineers to schedule deliveries.
- Update Cost Sheets to reflect latest information.
- Organize and file project documents for audit purposes.
- Generate Certifications of Completion for various project milestones sign-offs.
- Perform Enterprise System administration tasks as required.
Job Requirements：
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- 2 years working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs effectively.
