Key Responsibilities:
- Work with School Leaders and Manager (Administration) to manage infrastructure-related matters, operations budget & procurement to ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Oversee and review security, safety and emergency procedures to ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Oversee and review estate hygiene & cleanliness to ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Oversee and review school bus transport related matters to ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors.
- Work closely with Shared Services Business Operations on School Redevelopment Project.
- Support in student discipline-related matters, contributing to the holistic development of students.
- Overall in charge of all Events & Logistics Setup.
- Inventory & Assets Management
- Fire Safety Management & Environmental Control Officer
- School Management Committee (EXCO) member
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Estate & Facilities Management from recognised universities.
- Dynamic and motivated individual with good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- A visionary leader that can lead a team to achieve organization outcomes
- Good command of verbal & written English
- Willing to work occasionally after school hours and on weekends.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Applications is a must.
- Experience, knowledge & certification in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
- Estate Management
- Logistics
- Safety and Emergency Planning
- Fire Safety Manager Certification
