Job Scope:
- Perform materials planning and purchasing to fulfil sales needs.
- Packing lists, Certificate of Analysis, Purchase Orders, Bill of Lading, Surveyor Report, and other relevant documents.
- Compare & negotiate of price from different vendor, request quotation and prepare PO for confirm vendor.
- Monitor inventory to ensure good balance to supply.
- Collaborate and liaise effectively with other departments such to facilitate the forwarding of invoices and other necessary documentation
- Others ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- At Least Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience and SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
