Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Purchase Order to vendors, check stock, availability and lead-time
- Check supplier invoices to ensure all items are invoiced accurately
- Keeping inventory stock of our warehouse goods and placing orders to replenish stock and inventory runs below minimum stock levels
- Update and monitor supplier purchase breakdown with supplier
- Update on purchase report, pending list, incoming list
- Update and maintain pricelists of different vendors
- Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs
- Negotiate purchasing agreements
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE O level / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Procurement or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
