We are hiring Assistant Public Relation Officer for HDB Home Improvement Project,
- Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Collate residents' choice and dissaminate to subcons
- Arrange schedule for contractors
- Handle calls/complains and follow up
- Follow up on emails
- Load and update HDB's system
- Schedule and conduct surveys and water tests
- Visit residents' unit together with our supervisors for surveys
- Keeping records, updating and filing
