Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll processing and sales commission computation.
- Preparing annual staff performance appraisal, annual bonus, and salary review exercise
- Job posting, recruiting, and interviewing candidates/new staff.
- Handling of new joiners onboarding, orientation, preparation of employment letters and benefits administration
- Responsible and support management in dealing with employee’s grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Participates in MOM surveys.
- Maintain and update employees’ information/records/P file in HR system.
- Manage and maintain employees leave and claims.
- Manage foreign worker work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, pre-employment medical examination, OFWAS and IR21 submission.
- Monthly CPF, SDL, donations, FWL, FWL waiver submission and other statutory claims such as government paid child-care/maternity/paternity leave and NS reservist make-up claims.
- Submission of annual IR8A via AIS Scheme to IRAS.
- Propose and update company HR policy for leave, claim, benefits, etc.
- Liaising with bank and government parties for all funds/applications/renewal enquiries
- Update daily bank incoming funds and post to accounting system.
- Filing for all accounts & HR documents.
- Preparing of banking form such as direct credit authorization form, vendor creation approval form, Interbank GIRO form
- Collection of cash and cheques from Sales team.
- All documentation processing for warehouse – renewal of PTO, LEW Electrical license installation, Annual Water Tank Certification, maintain of alarm security system, LTA inspection, annual fire drill exercise, etc.
- Handling of outgoing documents couriers (Tax Invoice, progress claim docs, letters, etc.)
- Renewal of company insurance policy, licenses renewal, tenancy contracts renewal, ISO
audit, bizSAFE renewal, BCA work head applied renewal, etc. - Sourcing and purchasing for company corporate event planning, company inventories, such as staffs lunch catering, festive celebration, company annual dinner, company staff retreat trip, air ticket and hotel accommodation for company staff business trip, etc.
- Purchasing for office/showroom cleaning supplies and pantry needs
- Assist and support accounts department for issuing of payment vouchers and closely monitor Accounts Receivable aging with sales team for debts collection
- Liaising with external accounting vendor
- All other admin and HR matters
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Human Resource/ Business or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Familiar with full spectrum of HR operations, payroll and recruitment.
