Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for marine structures, utilizing CAD software and other design tools.
- Create detailed plans that comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in managing projects from conception through completion, including planning, budgeting, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess environmental impacts and ensure project viability.
- Conduct analyses to assess structural integrity, environmental impact, and risk associated with marine construction projects.
- Work closely with engineers, environmental scientists, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible, sustainable, and integrated with surrounding environments.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international regulations, focusing on environmental sustainability and safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/ Master in Architecture / Civil engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Marine / Civil Construction industries
- Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD/Revit
- Strong understanding of marine construction materials, methods, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
