· Position: HR Officer/Executive
· Location: Pioneer (Company Transport provided pick up at Boon Lay MRT)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and job posting through MyCareersFuture and Jobstreet
· Liaise with Agent and filter applications
· Assist in driving lesson booking, driving practical and test for workers
· Work Pass application
· Course enrolment for staffs
· Mid-month and Month-end payroll process
· CPF calculation and submission
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Diploma in any field
· At least 2 years of relevant experience required
