· Position: Marketing Manager (Business Development)
· Location: Pasir Panjang
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + 20 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic input into the development of annual marketing plans, recruitment targets and budget for the domestic market
· Achieve student recruitment targets and report on performance against key initiatives and enrolment targets
· Achieve sales and student recruitment, business development.
· Deliver domestic market insight and accurate forecasts through regular and detailed reports
· Coordinate, participate and evaluate student marketing and recruitment strategies and campaign activities, including joint activities
· Contribute to marketing material and content including social media marketing and communications
· Work closely with the Admissions team regarding student applications and acceptance process
· Supervise and work closely with the Marketing Officer to handle domestic student pipeline management and in market partner engagement
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma and 3 years of relevant working experience
· Knowledge and experience working in the education sector to develop sales and recruitment strategies would be advantageous
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
