Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop new ideas for content and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Attend weekly meetings for content creation and strategy discussions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Flexibility to meet once a week for content creation meetings during weekends and work remotely for 2 hours a day on weekdays
