Responsibilities
· Administer contracts between the client, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Review contract documents, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
· Manage variations, claims, and disputes arising during the construction process.
· Manage the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
· Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
· Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.
· Develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
· Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
· Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
· Monitor project milestones and key performance indicators to track project progress.
· Manage disputes and claims arising during the construction process, including negotiation and settlement.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
· Diploma or Degree equivalent in Building / Quantity surveying
· Posses interpersonal skills and people management skills
· Good communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCad
