Job Scope
· Develop and conceptualize designs for residential projects
· Must be able to generate a layout plan in a fast-paced work environment
· Project coordination and design documentation
· Project administration
· Passionate in interior design
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines
· Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve a project objective
Requirements:
- Candidates with higher NITEC & Diploma is preferred
- Knowledge of Sketchup & AutoCAD is preferred
- Candidates without the required educational background are welcome to apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Committed, driven and self-motivated individuals
- Good communication skills and excellent time management
- Possess a positive and vibrant personality
- Ability to combine logical thinking with creative flair, with an eye for details
- Preferably Singaporean
