Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance activities at assigned bus stops and taxi stands, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety regulations.
- Assign tasks to maintenance crew members and oversee their work to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to maintenance crew members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, and submit requisition orders as needed.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work schedules, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, feedback, and complaints from the client or the public, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment, and report any malfunction or damage for repair or replacement.
Job Requirement:
- Site Supervisors shall possess the BCA’s Certificate in General Maintenance and Cleaning or any other relevant field.
