Job Responsibilities:
- Admin duties, filing, etc
- Perform timely data entry inputting daily time tickets accurately for job log card
- Process parts request and follow-up order items with inventory
- Coordinate between Production and Logistics
- Organize and maintain reference files
- Consolidation monthly report
- Provide admin support to project manager
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:-
- N/ O Level / ITE holder
- Min 1-2 years relevant working experiences
- Site admin experience will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
