Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute channel sales strategy, and establish stable cooperative relationships with distributors, agents, leasing companies, etc. at all levels;
- Analyse market demand and competitive situation, formulate and adjust channel policies and pricing strategies to improve channel efficiency and profitability;
- Expanding new channel resources, looking for potential customers and project opportunities, increasing market share and brand awareness;
- Train and coach channel partners to improve their sales capabilities and service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Regularly collect and feedback market information and customer feedback, solve channel partners' problems and complaints in a timely manner, and maintain a good cooperative relationship;
- Coordinate the company's internal resources to support channel partners' marketing activities, product display, after-sales service, etc.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of channel sales management experience in new energy vehicle or cold chain logistics industry, with strong market insight and business development ability;
- Familiar with the product characteristics, market demand, policies and regulations of new energy cold chain vehicles, etc., with strong product promotion and programme design capability;
