We are recruiting for a real estate development, investment, capital and property management company. With an AUM of more than USD60 billion and more than 2000 employees, they are one of the leading real estate players in the region.
This role is a hybrid role which comprises of both investment/acquisitions as well as data analytics. You will be highly involved in the acquisitions of their lodging/hospitality portfolio in Europe and USA as well as formulating data analytical tools to develop portfolio management strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth research and analysis, including market research, competitor research and financial metrics
- Lead/support in sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities
- Lead/support end-to-end investment transactions including origination, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis including financial modelling, and preparation of reports to board and investment committee.
- Develop and maintain portfolio analytics dashboards and databases
- Engage with overseas offices to identify gaps related to data, analyse portfolio data trends and provide recommendations for decision making
- Continuously improve business processes through automation and digitalization
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in seeing through acquisitions as a primary key requirement.
- Some proficiency in programming or data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, VBA will be required.
