Our client is a reputable board consultancy services company. We are currently sourcing on behalf of our client for an Events Registration Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide event registration consultancy, overall project registration and stakeholders’ management including event registration planning, management and execution
- Lead and guide assigned project team members to ensure smooth delivery of assigned projects/events including registration SOPs, training and documentations
- Provide event registration advice and solutions to stakeholders
- Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
- Manage and provide timely registration reports, and Database management
- Work closely with project teams to collate, provide information, facilitate the planning and execution of the projects/events
- Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
- Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
- Timeline management and updates
- Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors
- Post event database cleaning, updating, event registration, attendee reports, analysis and event compilation of sustainability data report
Requirements:
- Min 5 years event management experience
- Able to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Good project management skills
- Digital/ Hybrid event support
