Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
To support DBS’s Group Operations senior management team in their internal and external communications:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage communications for senior leaders, including but not limited to crafting speeches, scripts and decks, planning relevant communications efforts and creating compelling stories.
- Work with stakeholders and collaborate widely with cross-functional teams to produce content for employee townhalls and conferences.
- Develop and execute engaging marketing strategies, campaigns, and programmes.
- Identify different and new ways of marketing and profiling our leaders and our related world-class innovations and initiatives.
- Prepare analytical reports to understand the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and communications efforts.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance the team’s value offering, specifically in content governance across Group Operations.
Requirements:
- Communications professional with at least six years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, social media content management, public relations, and journalism.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil and articulate complex information into engaging messages.
- Good command of O365, especially in the ability to illustrate concepts visually through PowerPoint presentations.
- An experienced collaborator familiar with managing multiple stakeholders and can also execute as an individual contributor.
- Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
- Candidate with a good understanding of technology and banking operations would be preferred.
