- Develop and conceptualize content and campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across channels
- Develop and execute campaigns focused on increasing traffic and sales across e-commerce marketplaces
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s website and e-commerce marketplaces while ensuring all content (pages, products, and prices) are accurately displayed
- Attend to customers' emails, enquires, messages on all social media platforms, and administrative matters
- Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
- Prepare and generate quotations, orders, invoices and coordinate logistics
- Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing and dispatching of parcels)
- Monitor products and quality checks, stock take, and inventory records
- Ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions derived from source documents

- At least 1 year of work experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
- Adept in Canva, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Suite will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and CRM
- Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise workflow, capacity, and/or quality
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
- Strong computer skills to include MS Office and web-based systems
