Job Responsibilities:
· Creative design development & interpretation. Designer responsible for executing original artwork. Responsible for taking designs from initial concept to production level ensuring that design specifications meet manufacturing criteria.
· Provide effective correspondence with internal & external business contacts.
· Build customer satisfaction. Collaborate with end users to address their needs through quality design service.
· Work directly with sales team to develop solutions by conducting meetings and presentations with designers, architects and end users.
· Self-manage the design process from start to finish. Initiate aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design and color principles. Ensure that key dates/deliverables are met. Adhere to tight deadlines while managing creative work on multiple projects.
· Conduct market research, tracking and evaluating color & design trends emerging in fashion, furnishings, surfaces & technology. Apply this research to personal development & as creative resource for new designs.
Job Requirements:
· Fresh graduate with a diploma/degree in design or experienced in the related field is required for this position.
· Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate)
