Responsibilities:
· Support the Pharmacy Lead in managing the pharmacy team
· Ensure accurate medication supplies for inpatients and outpatients
· Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide best care for our patients
· Provides drug information and lectures to other healthcare professionals
· Manage performance reviews, delegate and review the work of assigned staff
· Implement policies, practices and regulations pertaining to pharmacy
· Supervise pre-registration pharmacists
Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent
· Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
· At least 6 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy and has experience in supervising junior staff
· Must be able to work independently and work well as part of a team
